    We had a well pump and pressure tank replaced. They were very fair and nice to deal with. The only reason 4.5 vs. 5.0 is some delays after our initial scheduled date with a part. They rightfully took on an emergency no water job and bumped us but as we had some flexibility and not out of water. That was the proper priority and speaks to their caring for their clients. Ron then proceeded to remove the old pump and ran into some unexpected issues. He came on time at 5 and we realized that he was going to come back with different equipment. They returned bright and early and proceeded to repair my well. I now have the best water I have ever had without using the softener. The water was clean,clear and NO SULFUR smell which I have had for the last 40 years with the use of my softener and the many filters that my late husband put in place. I highly recommend this company as they are as friendly as they are proficient at their craft. I will never call another company out to repair or replace my well.     Five stars isn’t nearly enough to express our satisfaction and gratitude for the Honesty, transparency, knowledge and experience Ron & Gayle brought to our family. We were in a really bad situation and after speaking with 3 companies and listening to their processes,charges and diagnosis,I felt most comfortable with Well Mechanic. Not only did these people truly care about “OUR PROBLEMS” they were genuinely concerned and determined to FIND THE ROOT PROBLEMS AND SOLVE IT,without spending $ after$ just to hope things got right. They went WAY FAR AND BEYOND ANY HIRED CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. 20 ???? ‘S is more like it.
    In my opinion if you hire ANYONE OTHER THAN THIS COMPANY, ” YOU ARE LITERALLY THROWING MONY DOWN THE DRAIN. No pun intended. Our pressure is so strong now I think I need them to reduce the level on our tank. Feel free to ask Ron or Gayle for my number if you want a personal reference. Awesome ???? just Awesome.

    This company is absolutely FANTASTIC!! I woke up on a snowy Saturday morning to to a newly acquired water feature in my backyard and quickly realized the line leading from my well to the house had sprung a leak. I made a few phone calls based off a quick Google search and this company was the only one that answered. I could tell I was in the hands of a professional that actually cared from the moment our conversation began. A plan was quickly developed and the response was prompt. Pricing was certainly fair and the labor rates were clearly communicated upfront. There are always going to be variables when an excavation occurs but the quick work, professionalism and overall experience took what could have been a very stressful situation and made it seem minor in the grand scheme of things. After the repair outside they took the time to provide me with information about my well, conducted a thorough follow up inspection and made the necessary recommendations to make sure my system was operating at it’s optimal performance. They even took the time to reach out the day after to follow up and ensure everything was going well. The other companies never even bothered to call me back! I am incredibly thankful for the team at Well Mechanix! Thank you again for everything you did and I look forward to working with you in the future regarding general maintenance. You will certainly be my number one referral for well issues! Keep this recipe for success and you will go far 🙏🏻
